W Bali - Seminyak

My stay at W Bali – Seminyak was truly one of the most remarkable and unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. What makes this hotel truly special is not just the beauty of the property, but the genuine spirit of hospitality shown by every single member of the team. From the most junior staff to senior management, everyone goes above and beyond to make the guest feel valued, respected, and cared for in a way I have never experienced at any other hotel in the world. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at the pool, the dedicated security staff at the beach, and the exceptional spa team – your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my stay extraordinary. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Chi Chi (Front Office) for her professionalism and constant care for guest comfort. My sincere thanks as well to Mr. Pudi, Manager of Starfish Bloo Restaurant, for his gracious hospitality, and to Erdika and Julen for their dedication and remarkable efforts to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you to each and every person working at W Bali Seminyak. You are the true reason behind the hotel’s excellence and the unforgettable memories I now carry from Bali.

Amazing, safe (own entrance, very secure) resort in central Seminyak, close to all there's to see in the city center. Room was top notch, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious (half the room? amazing.). Beach is not the best, but for the amazing beaches Uluwatu is generally better. Pool area, amazing.

We were a group of 19 including 8 kids. We stayed in Villas for our entire duration and the villas are very well designed with an amazing Bose Audio System. The Away spa is really amazing. It was my second visit to W Bali but for sure would visit the property again future. The nightlife around the property is also very exciting as Shishi Club is right outside the property and mexicola only few blocks away. We visited during The Nyepi festival and had to spend an entire say mandatorily in the resort due to silence day. But the resort all the activities running hence it was very comfortable experience.

The staff are the W’s best asset! The resort itself is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was beyond excellent with the highlight being the breakfast staff.

The location of W Bali Seminyak is ideal, situated close to the bustling heart of Seminyak, with spas and dining options within walking distance. The convenience of being transported by cart to the entrance was a nice touch. The villa itself was incredibly modern, with furnishings, art, and interiors that felt so Westernized and forward-thinking, it was easy to forget you were in Bali. While there were a few minor glitches, I was deeply impressed by the staff’s professionalism, particularly ANGGA and his team, who were incredibly sincere and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
